Valentine’s Day is only a few days away. If you find it hard to get excited about the idea, it may be because you’re one of those people who isn’t really a fan of red roses.
Red roses are synonymous with Valentine’s Day. They are more or less a universal symbol of love. But if you just can’t get on board that band wagon, you’re not alone and it doesn’t have to mean you can’t enjoy a gift of flowers on 14th February.
Yes, we cater for the traditionalists for whom only a red rose truly means romance, but we also have other bases covered…
Tulips can bring the colours of love but with all the joys of spring time. They make a great seasonal alternative and a romantic ray of hope that the turning of the season is near.
Perhaps you like roses, but just not red ones? We have you covered too. White, yellow, pink, orange? We can spiral together a dozen or half a dozen of your favourites with some beautiful foliage to make a V-Day bouquet that’s more ‘you’.
And if you’re not mad-keen on red roses but like to play along with a little nod to tradition just for this one day of the year, we have these romantic floral arrangements which feature just a single red rose in their centre.
Our Valentine’s Shop is open now. Place your order for this Sunday!
